About The Position

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant within our therapy team at Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center located in Brush, CO. This position offers a flexible schedule with options for M-F, Tu-Sa, or Su-Th, with 4, 6, or 8 hours/day or PRN. The role involves utilizing NetHealth for point of service documentation with a laptop or iPad. Requirements

Associate’s degree in occupational therapy
State license

One year of experience as a COTA

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary.
Provide occupational therapy services to residents including treatment, related documentation, and communication, under the direction of an occupational therapist.
