About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join their supportive team at a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Palm City, FL. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule of up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within a diverse setting that includes Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and On-campus Home Health. The role provides a wide range of treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care, allowing for impactful work and meaningful differences in patients' lives. Requirements
- Current license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license.
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Work within a diverse CCRC setting including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and On-campus Home Health.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for the best patient care.
- Engage in treatment opportunities throughout the continuum of care.
