About The Position

We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled rehab team. This full time COTA will help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline — all while delivering care you can be proud of.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
  • Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
  • Active South Carolina COTA license
  • Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset

Nice To Haves

  • SNF experience is a plus, but not required
