About The Position

Premier Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team in Wellsboro, PA. This role involves providing skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, following established plans of care, monitoring patient progress, educating patients and families, and completing timely documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current COTA license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.

Nice To Haves

• SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled treatment under the direction of an Occupational Therapist.
• Follow established plans of care and treatment goals.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the care team.
