About The Position
Villa Haven, a skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation center, is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join their dedicated in-house therapy team. The role involves providing care to patients and residents with a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions. The position offers opportunities to develop programs in cognition, ADLs, skilled maintenance, and group activities. The facility is also in the process of building an outpatient program. Vital Therapy, the network of facilities, emphasizes in-house therapy, patient joy, leadership development, and quality of care.
Requirements
- License in the state of Texas
Responsibilities
- Deliver the best care to patients and residents.
- Work as part of a fun, high-energy inter-disciplinary therapy team.
- Develop programs in cognition, ADLs, skilled maintenance, and group activities.
- Contribute to the development of an outpatient program.
