Human Touch Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team serving patients throughout Fairfax County, Loudoun County, and Prince William County. As a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you'll help patients regain the skills and confidence needed to perform everyday activities safely and independently. Requirements

Active Virginia Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License Required
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation
Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
Commitment to Delivering Exceptional Patient-Centered Care

Nice To Haves

Home Health Experience Preferred but Not Required

Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence
Assist patients with activities of daily living, mobility, safety, and adaptive techniques
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, equipment, and home safety strategies
Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
