About The Position

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services (VRNS) is seeking a Per Diem Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide exceptional home health services throughout the Lenox, MA area. Requirements

Current Massachusetts Certified Occupational Therapy (COTA) license
Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
Afternoon availability

Previous home care experience
Monday–Friday availability

Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Occupational Therapist
Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence with daily living activities
Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
