Requirements
- Active OTA license in the state of practice (new graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset
- Passion for helping older adults maximize function and quality of life
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments according to established care plans
- Assist patients in improving independence with daily living activities
- Collaborate with OTs, families, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation and treatment records
- Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on therapeutic programs and adaptive techniques
