Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation and wellness services as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
• Work in various settings including CCRC, SNF, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Outpatient Clinics, Home Health, Telehealth, and Post-Acute.
• Support patient care in a Rehabilitation Center and Skilled Nursing Facility.
