About The Position
Rehab Director – Full-Time OTA. This position is located in Bryan, OH and is a Full-Time opportunity for an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA). We are seeking a motivated, team-oriented OTA who is ready to advance their career and continue to make a difference with patients. The role involves leading and supporting the therapy team and daily rehab operations, ensuring quality patient care and positive clinical outcomes. The Rehab Director will collaborate with nursing, administration, and interdisciplinary teams, and assist with scheduling, staffing, and department coordination. This role also supports compliance with company and regulatory standards and may involve providing hands-on therapy as needed, as well as mentoring and supporting therapy staff.
Requirements
- Current Ohio OTA license in good standing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized, dependable, and team-focused
- Interest in growing into a rehab leadership role
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
