• Provide occupational therapy services in nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best patient care.
• Support local clinical mentorship and provide specialized, ongoing training.
• Offer career advancement opportunities and clinical support.
• Design jobs to meet the needs of employees, particularly those interested in geriatrics.
