About The Position
PRN OTA (COTA) position. Weekdays and weekends available. Therapist-owned & operated for 40+ years – clinical decisions driven by clinicians. Consistent PRN need with reliable ongoing hours. Flexible scheduling, including weekday & weekend options. Premium PRN pay differential. Supportive, collaborative environment focused on patient care and therapist growth. Provide high-quality occupational therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed Occupational Therapist. Focus on improving mobility, function, ADLs, cognition, and strength while ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible PRN role
- Availability for consistent PRN coverage, including weekends
Responsibilities
- Deliver treatments according to established care plans
- Communicate patient progress with OT, care team, and families
- Complete timely, accurate documentation and daily billing
- Support care planning, discharge processes, and team meetings
- Educate caregivers and staff on functional and maintenance programs
