We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide pediatric home health services. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical support from supervising OTs and leadership.
Requirements
- Active Arizona OTA/COTA license
- Current CPR certification
- Article 9 certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently in a home health setting
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, play-based occupational therapy services aligned with individualized treatment goals
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Educate caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with supervising OTs and other healthcare professionals
- Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
