Requirements

Associate's degree as a certified occupational therapy assistant from an accredited college
Current license as a certified occupational therapy assistant in the State of Wisconsin

Provide occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, assisted living residences, and independent living complexes.
