About The Position
NHC HealthCare Smithville is seeking a part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their skilled rehab team. In this role, you will help patients regain strength, balance, and confidence following illness, injury, surgery, or decline. The position offers regular hours, 5 days per week, and emphasizes a supportive, fun, and family-oriented workplace culture focused on recognition, empowerment, teamwork, and growth.
Requirements
- Graduate of an AOTA-accredited OTA program
- Certified (or eligible) through NBCOT
- Active Tennessee COTA license
- Reliable transportation, positive attitude, and team-player mindset
Nice To Haves
- SNF experience is a plus, but not required
