About The Position
MGA Homecare is seeking dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs/COTAs) to provide quality, in-home, pediatric care. We offer a highly supportive, team-oriented environment with dedicated clinical supervisor support to guide you through clinical work, caseload management, and documentation. Requirements
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapy Assistant License
- Degree from an accredited therapy program
- BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings.
- Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation.
