Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) Full-time and Part-time positions are available. That’s why our qualified staff of Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Licensed Health Aide (LHA), Attendant Care, Home Health Aide (HHA), and Occupational Therapist (OT), Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTA), Physical Therapists (PT), Physical Therapy Assistants (PTA), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) are given the training and resources they need to handle every home healthcare situation with professionalism and care. Requirements

  • Active Colorado Occupational Therapy Assistant License
  • Degree from an accredited OTA program
  • BLS CPR Certification (skills tested in-person)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy for children, birth to 21, in their home and community settings.
  • Educate and support families, empowering them to take an active role in care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation.
