About The Position

Concierge Home Care is hiring a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). This role offers flexibility, independence, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through one-on-one patient care in their homes. The position is PRN with growth opportunities and territory designation designed to minimize drive time.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida COTA license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• CPR certification

• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Complete documentation using streamlined, AI-assisted tools
