About The Position
Fulfills the needs of patients, families, and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks under thesupervision of a licensed professional in accordance with regulatory requirements. Prepares patients and equipment for therapistsand assist staff in administering services.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the District of Columbia
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confi dentiality
- Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities
