Occupational Therapist Contractor
About The Position
Looking for an occupational therapist contractor willing to work in our outpatient pediatric therapy clinic. This therapist will need to get credentialed with HSCSN (or already be). Afternoon hours a few days a week are preferred. There are also community based services that could be added to schedule if desired as the clinic schedule builds. Requirements
- Licensed OT
- 1+ year of experience in pediatric based therapy
- Must be credentialed with HSCSN or willing to get credentialed.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient pediatric therapy clinic.
- Potentially provide community-based services.
- Get credentialed with HSCSN.
