About The Position

Cranial Technologies is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join its pediatric outpatient clinic in Boca Raton, Florida. The position works exclusively with infants in a child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinical setting. The clinician evaluates and treats plagiocephaly and misshapen ears using the DOC Band and EarWell, building relationships with families throughout treatment. The role offers formal training and mentoring for clinicians who may not have a pediatric background. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable. Florida candidates must complete the AHCA screening process.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off-the-shelf orthotic devices, such as splints, braces, or maternity belts.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat infants with plagiocephaly using the DOC Band.
• Treat infant ear-shape conditions using EarWell.
