About The Position
Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join their team at The Traditions – Prestonwood, a beautiful Independent/Assisted Living community with an onsite outpatient clinic in Dallas, TX. This is a full-time role for a passionate individual who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (or graduating within 6 months).
- NBCOT certification required.
- Must hold or be eligible for a state OT license.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care.
- Work in a supportive AL/IL + outpatient setting.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents.
