About The Position
Tender Care Home Health currently has excellent career opportunities for Occupational Therapists to provide individualized, goal directed therapy care in the Las Cruces area. Duties: Performing Occupational Therapy assessments regarding the health status of patients; developing and implementing a plan of care which emphasizes the teaching of best practices. Occupational Therapist will also coordinate patient care with the physician, management and the multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Current state license to practice in the state of New Mexico as an Occupational Therapist
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Current CPR/BLS Card
- Current driver's license, and auto liability insurance
- Occupational Therapy License (Required)
Responsibilities
