About The Position
This position is for an Occupational Therapist (OT) working day shifts from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with 35 guaranteed hours per week for a 14-week contract. The OT provides rehabilitation services to help patients regain independence in daily activities and improve overall functional performance in a clinical or post-acute setting.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong skills in patient assessment
- Strong skills in care planning
- Strong skills in documentation
Nice To Haves
- Experience in SNF, rehab, or outpatient settings
