About The Position

We offer therapists the opportunity to provide individualized care for patients recovering from orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative conditions in a modern clinic setting. As an Occupational Therapist at H2 Health, you will have autonomy to design and implement tailored treatment plans focused on functional independence, pain reduction, and enhanced quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team committed to patient-centered care, leveraging evidence-based practices.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active or eligible state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice
