About The Position

The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions. Services are delivered in an interdisciplinary environment and must be consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards. The position is located at Kingston Senior Living of Sylvania in Sylvania, Ohio.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, valid state OT licensure or registration must be maintained.
• 0–1 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Current valid CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities.
• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
