About The Position
H2 Health Prime Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1:1 patient care in luxury senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry. This position involves evaluating and treating a primarily geriatric caseload with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams, making appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
Requirements
- A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- An active or eligible state license to practice.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
Responsibilities
