About The Position
Ultimate Therapy is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, regain independence, and achieve meaningful progress through individualized therapy care.
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license required
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and establish personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on self-care skills, upper extremity function, coordination, cognition, and safety awareness
- Introduce adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies to support independence with daily activities
- Work collaboratively with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate care
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
