About The Position

At PYG Therapy, we’re hiring compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapists (OT/OTR/OTD/OTR/L/MSOT) to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona. Whether you’re an experienced pediatric therapist or looking to transition into home health, our team is committed to supporting your success with flexible scheduling, strong communication, and dedicated caseload support.

PYG Therapy is therapist-led, and we understand the realities of working in home health. We focus on creating a supportive and clinician-centered environment where therapists feel valued, respected, and empowered to provide excellent care.

In this role, you will provide pediatric occupational therapy services in the home setting, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, complete ongoing documentation of patient performance and progress, educate and coach caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic skills, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members, and maintain communication regarding patient updates, progress, and care needs. Optional supervision opportunities for COTAs are also available.

Requirements

• Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (OT/OTR/OTD/OTR-L/MSOT)
• CPR certification
• AHCCCS ID
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric or home health experience preferred, but not required
