About The Position

The Springs at St. Andrews Village is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their team. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a difference in patients' lives. The ideal candidate will be part of an in-house therapy team, supported by local clinical leadership, and treated as a valued member of the rehabilitation team. The position involves evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and treating a mix of inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, and long-term care patients. The OT will deliver evidence-based services, collaborate with various healthcare professionals and families, support discharge planning, and document care accurately. The goal is to help patients maximize function, independence, and quality of life.

Requirements

• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules
• Desire to work collaboratively across disciplines

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Treat a mix of inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, and long-term care patients
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, providers, and families
• Support discharge planning and patient education
• Document care accurately and efficiently
