About The Position
Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield Wakefield, MA $45–$48/hour LTC Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. This position focuses on helping residents improve independence with daily activities and functional skills.
Requirements
- Active OT license required
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and establish individualized care plans
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, upper body strength, and coordination
- Supervise COTA staff and collaborate with the rehab team
- Maintain documentation and monitor resident outcomes
