About The Position
Medical Hill Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house therapy team. Help residents regain independence, improve daily function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services to improve ADLs, strength, and functional independence
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Utilize therapeutic modalities to enhance patient outcomes
