Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is redefining occupational therapy in neuro rehab. This role offers a unique opportunity for an OT tired of high-volume settings and rushed sessions to provide true one-on-one neuro rehabilitation in home and community settings. Therapy occurs in the environments where patients live, work, and participate in their communities. This is a high-autonomy role where the OT controls their schedule, manages their caseload, and focuses on meaningful functional outcomes rather than productivity quotas. The role involves working with individuals recovering from neurological conditions such as stroke, TBI, SCI, Parkinson’s disease, and more, helping them regain independence with daily activities, cognitive and executive functioning, community reintegration, home management, return to work, and other meaningful routines. The work allows OTs to directly help patients resume their lives by assisting with tasks like cooking in their own kitchens, navigating grocery stores, returning to work, managing daily routines, or safely participating in their communities.
