Requirements
- Current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing.
- A compassionate, collaborative spirit and a drive to improve resident quality of life.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a clinical leader within our department, overseeing the journey from evaluation to discharge.
- Design physician-approved treatment plans and utilize modern ACP technology to help residents reclaim their independence.
- Direct and mentor a talented team of COTAs and restorative aides.
- Guide families through the recovery process with education and comprehensive discharge planning.
