About The Position

Cole Health is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a full-time W-2 position in Washington, D.C. The role combines providing services in contracted schools during the mornings with delivering in-clinic treatment in the afternoons. Flexible scheduling options are available to support work-life balance. Two compensation structures are offered: pay per visit without paid time off, or pay per visit with paid time off. Compensation is $60–$70 per billable hour, based on experience and units billed, plus $100 per evaluation. Relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, and/or student loan assistance may be available.

The therapist will work with pediatric caseloads in a collaborative, supportive, therapist-led culture.
