Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Texas
- Pediatric experience preferred (enthusiastic new grads welcome!)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in-home or hybrid settings
- Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, self-regulation, and play
- Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain timely documentation
