Requirements

Current, valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license.

Responsibilities

Assess residents' functional independence, cognitive status, and upper extremity function to create goal-oriented care plans.
Utilize specialized ADL kitchen and bath facilities to provide realistic, life-changing functional training.
Work alongside a diverse interdisciplinary team of therapists and nurses to coordinate total patient recovery.
Maintain precise documentation and participate in clinical meetings to elevate the standard of care.
