About The Position

Hedrick Medical is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team. This role involves evaluating or screening clients after impairment, injury, or disease, and then planning, designing, and implementing individualized occupational therapy treatment programs. Interventions may include therapeutic exercise, functional retraining, use of thermal electric modalities, splinting, and other training and retraining skills. The therapist will periodically reevaluate clients to determine the effectiveness of interventions and contribute to discharge planning. This role also involves supervising treatment provided by students, technicians, or assistants, and recommending client care interventions to other members of the health care team. Additionally, the therapist may delegate and instruct supportive personnel, perform other duties as requested by the manager, and may serve as a clinical resource or coordinate the student program.

Requirements

Occupational Therapist (MO) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
Bachelor's Degree
Less than 1 year of applicable experience

Responsibilities
