About The Position

LEEP Forward is looking for a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Chicago. Here, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of professionals committed to providing exceptional therapeutic services to children aged pre-K through high school with diverse developmental needs, including autism. At LEEP Forward, we foster a supportive environment where teamwork, curiosity, and inclusivity thrive. We offer a range of services including Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health support, and our unique Quantum LEEP Academy, which features both therapeutic preschool and transitional kindergarten programming.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid Occupational Therapy License in the State of Illinois.
Nice To Haves
- Experience or interest in sensory integration and DIR/Floortime.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and group therapeutic services tailored to each child's needs.
- Plan and implement targeted therapy strategies for a diverse range of developmental challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and maintain accurate documentation (progress reports, daily notes, etc.) promptly.
- Engage with and educate parents and team members on effective therapy and support strategies.
