About The Position

Santé of North Scottsdale is a 72-bed transitional rehabilitation center designed to bridge the gap between hospital and home, combining high-level clinical expertise with the warmth and luxury of a world-class resort. We are a team of advocates who value excellence and professional growth. The Occupational Therapist instructs, motivates, and assists patients in learning and improving activities of daily living under the supervision of the Rehab Director.

Requirements

• Current OT license through the State Board of Occupational Therapy required.
• A minimum of 2 years OT experience required.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance in accordance with state requirements.
• 100% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment in accordance with established standards of practice.
• Conduct screenings of guests newly admitted to the facility.
• Coordinates treatment plan with guest, family, and other team members.
• Implements and conducts treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Monitors guest’s response to intervention and modifies treatment.
