Requirements

Master’s in Occupational Therapy
Registered (or eligible) with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists
Experience, or interest, in exposure therapy
Own vehicle and willingness to travel into the community
Love working with people and celebrating progress, big or small
New grad or have experience

Responsibilities

Helping clients regain independence and confidence
Treating clients using a range of clinical modalities including exposure therapy
Liaise with stakeholders in return-to-work planning
Supporting return-to-work journeys
Delivering care that’s evidence-based, outcome-focused, and human in approach
Working alongside a team that pushes each other to be better
