About The Position
The Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting. We are in the process of building a team dedicated to excellence, outcomes, & execution. Our center is seeking team-oriented Occupational Therapist's who are dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. PRN and Full Time positions are available.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy.
- National and state licensure REQUIRED to start.
Responsibilities
- Evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications to patients and customers.
- Develop treatment plans.
- Supervise assistants and aides.
- Contribute to case management.
- Provide quality patient care.
- Maintain a positive level of interaction with patients, peers, and families.
- Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
