Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy required.
Two (2) years of experience as a Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment required.
Required within 30 days of hire - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Candidates must be local and willing to travel to Castaic, Valencia, Santa Clarita, Stevenson Ranch, New Hall, Canyon Country and Saugus.
