About The Position

Build your occupational therapy career with variety, collaboration, and meaningful patient relationships. Vernon Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our Therapy Services team. This 0.8 FTE position works four days per week and offers a rewarding mix of outpatient and inpatient occupational therapy, providing the opportunity to work with diverse patients and diagnoses. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve function, independence, and quality of life. Your caseload will offer clinical variety, including orthopedics, neurological conditions, pediatrics, lymphedema, and prehabilitation (prehab) services. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team, educate patients and families, recommend adaptive equipment, and help patients achieve meaningful goals across the continuum of care. This position includes a holiday rotation and regular weekend rotations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license
• NBCOT certification
• CPR certification
