About The Position

Interface Rehab, Inc. is seeking Occupational Therapists to provide therapy services at Wolf Creek Care Center in Grass Valley, California, and across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. Full-time, part-time, per-diem, and select travel opportunities are available, with flexible scheduling and shifts of up to 40 hours per week. The role involves delivering occupational therapy care, helping develop and carry out personalized treatment plans, collaborating with patients’ care teams, and documenting progress. The listed hourly rate is $48.00 to $58.00.

Requirements

• Active or obtainable Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy care to patients across various settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long-term wellness.
