About The Position

Central Coast Home Health is a growing, locally owned organization seeking a full-time or part-time Home Health Occupational Therapist to serve multiple areas including the Southern San Luis Obispo area (Pismo Beach- Santa Maria), Lompoc, and Santa Ynez Valley. Our therapists provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs, build relationships, and ensure continuity of care. This role requires organization, independence, and the ability to manage one's own caseload and work schedule.

Requirements

• Current California OT license
• CPR certified
• Reliable vehicle to drive for work
• Current Driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Maintain auto insurance coverage
