Occupational Therapist
About The Position
The Speech and Language Center is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated and collaborative team! Our clinic provides comprehensive therapy services including occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA therapy, creating a truly integrated environment focused on helping children reach their fullest potential. As part of our team, you’ll work alongside highly skilled therapists from multiple disciplines in a supportive, family-centered setting. We value collaboration, creativity, and compassionate care — and we’re looking for an OT who shares that same passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
Requirements
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy
- Current Virginia OT license (or eligibility)
Nice To Haves
- Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply!
Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation and treatment for children with a range of developmental, sensory, and motor needs
- Collaborate with speech and ABA therapists to deliver coordinated care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Communicate progress and goals with families and caregivers
- Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary planning
