About The Position

LifeWorks is hiring an Occupational Therapist in Tracy, CA! We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate OT to provide coverage for our Tracy-area clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a therapist who is looking for a flexible part-time position, a manageable starting caseload, and the potential to grow and expand their caseload over time. Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with clients with developmental, physical, or cognitive challenges preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide engaging, client-centered occupational therapy sessions
• Support development of functional, motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover at home
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to strong client outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
