About The Position

Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a playful, compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric in-home or hybrid therapy in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on helping children build independence, confidence, and everyday life skills through engaging, evidence-based care. The therapist will work collaboratively with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, families, and a multidisciplinary team. Scheduling is flexible, and compensation starts at $70 per session. The position is described as PRN, part-time, and 1099.

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
• A playful, patient, and resourceful attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Pediatric experience is preferred; enthusiastic new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in in-home or hybrid settings.
• Create individualized treatment plans focused on fine motor skills, sensory integration, activities of daily living (ADLs), self-regulation, and play.
• Educate and empower families to support skill-building at home.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely documentation.
