About The Position
Cole Health is seeking a pediatric Occupational Therapist in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on helping children through meaningful, collaborative care while offering a flexible schedule, mentorship, and professional development. Scheduling options may include four 10-hour days or a traditional schedule. Compensation is $70,000–$85,000 annually based on experience, paid according to clock-in/clock-out time; additional pay-per-visit options may be available. A $5,000 sign-on bonus and/or loan payment assistance is available. The position offers opportunities to grow into leadership, mentorship, or program development.
Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas.

Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to children.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts on care and complex cases.
- Participate in professional development and specialty-specific training.
- Contribute to community service initiatives.
